From receipt of their order, the Customer has a period of 14 days to return their item(s).
If this deadline is exceeded, the products delivered will be considered compliant and accepted by the Customer.
Consequently, Pressplay reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds.

For any complaints, the Customer is encouraged to contact the Pressplay company using the “Contact us” page of the website www.kilkyparis.com

Any return of merchandise must be previously authorized by Pressplay via the returns form.
In the absence of a return authorization, the goods will be returned to the Customer at their expense.
The item that the Customer wishes to return must be in its original packaging, have never been worn or used, and be accompanied by an explanatory letter indicating the order number as well as the Customer's full contact details for reimbursement.

Once received, the goods will undergo a quality control.
No item used or damaged by the Customer will be eligible for a refund.

Refunds of amounts paid will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the item, with the exception of shipping costs and any taxes related to the return. After sending your returns form, the customer has 48 hours to return their items.

Return costs and associated risks always remain the responsibility of the Customer.

With regard to deliveries to a relay point or home, if the Customer does not collect his package within the prescribed time frame and the package is returned to Pressplay for any reason whatsoever, Pressplay reserves the right to reimburse only the products. , excluding delivery costs, while re-invoicing the delivery costs to the Customer if he wishes to reship his package.
